Let us help building your dream
Our Story
As a young man of 25 years old, full of dreams and ambitions, Charles Pinkston started practicing law
in 1982, after having graduated from Valparaiso School of Law and passing the bar exam in Illinois and
Indiana the same year.
After working for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office for almost two years, young Mr. Pinkston
struck out on his own and entered the private practice of law. The time spent at the State’s attorney’s
office provided enough courtroom experience to allow Mr. Pinkston to feel comfortable in that setting.
In fact, to be a litigator is what Mr. Pinkston had envisioned for his career and working for that entity
created an understanding of the skills needed to be able to function in that manner. Accordingly,
litigation remains a stable of this practice even until this day.
In 1987, Mr. Pinkston was able to procure contracts to provide representation to certain corporate
entities, particularly The Chicago Housing Authority, in the defense of personal injury cases and other
matters. Subsequently, the firm of Charles E. Pinkston & Associates, was born.
We have continued to provide professional and efficient services in this manner until this day.
